Right now, this blog and tumblr are of equal posting value-- in that I don't use either of them too frequently.

I think I should give up tumblr altogether. It just seems like the last name in intellectual property, you know?

SO! I just 'finished' Nier with my friend, and it was one of the m

You know, in games one generally feels like they're working tow

ards a goal. Uh... maybe that should be taken in to consideration, Cavia.

And now we're playing Secret of Monkey Island. Very charming and funny game. If it were a guy, I would date it.

Guybrush is a fantastic character.

Also, I'm coloring my sketches, finally! Yaaaay!

Also also I was totally decadent and went out and bought a massive 22" screen for my computer. It's absolutely gorgeous. And I am filled with guilt. But this is something that was done on a screen, so I feel less bad.

Home for the weekend

I don't think being home is good for me. Fills me with anxiety, and I get angry and frustrated very easily. Despite the fact that I always want to be home when I'm at school.

Computer will soon have 8 gigs of RAM. DEAR GOD.

Here, have two doodles. I'm much happier with the second one than the first.

I've been watching Porco Rosso over and over and over and over and I just can't get enough of it.

Also I just bricked my mom's brand new computer monitor. Whoops. :(

Hurr, Dethdoodles

I. Am such a sucker for Metalocalypse. Brendon Small is my hero.
I don't even enjoy death metal, but after watching all of the show, I have a fuckton of respect for the musicians. I mean - number 1, they, for the most part have a fantastic sense of humor. It seems like they would be the most down-to -earth compared to pop singers who edit their music to the point that a computer is singing or, I dunno, hipsters more into their image then music.

Number 2, they're in it for the music more than anything else. You've got to be pretty fucking dedicated to take part in death metal.

I dunno where I'm going with this. Anyway, I doodled a lot.
Guess I'm on a Deth-kick right now.

The strip is from "Dethlessons", possibly my favorite episode. Nathan just sounds so truly shocked and his voice gets all high-pitched... I laugh really hard every time.

Also, the DVD extras are pure gold. 20 minutes of Nathan reading Shakespeare... Oh God. I can't stop watching it.
